JUICY SALMON GRILL - SECRET RECIPE INJUST 9 MINUTES

 

INGREDIENTS:

- 1 Teaspoon of ground black pepper (Ceylon black pepper will give a unique taste)
- ¼ Teaspoon of ground turmeric powder (Ceylon Turmeric will add the authentic flavor)
- Couple of Ceylon cinnamon barks/stick
- 1 Whole onion (White cooking onion is preferred)
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- 4 Tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 Teaspoon of dried basil
- 1 Teaspoon of salt (Sea salt is preferred)
- 1 Tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
- 2 (6 ounce) Salmon filets or small whole Salmon
PREPARATION:
Step 1
In a stainless steel or glass bowl, combine chopped garlic, sliced onions turmeric powder, olive oil, basil, salt, ground pepper, a couple of Ceylon cinnamon barks from the stick, lemon juice, and parsley.
Step 2
Place the Salmon filets or small whole Salmon in a shallow glass dish and pour the marinade over the fish. Optionally you could also cover or seal and place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour (Preferred), turning occasionally.
Step 3
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil grate. Set grate 4 inches from the heat.
Step 4
Remove Salmon filets or small whole Salmon from the marinade and drain off the excess. Grill filets 5-7 minutes per side or until fish is done when easily flaked with a fork.

Healthy SPINACH DISH- SECRET RECIPE IN JUST 4 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS:

- 1-2 Cup of spinach (about ½ LB to 1LB

- 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

- 3 Cloves garlic, sliced

- Ground or crushed Black pepper (Ceylon Black pepper will add the authentic flavor)

- Salt (Sea salt is preferred)

PREPARATION:

Step 1

Remove the thick stems of the spinach and wash the spinach properly

Step 2

Heat 2 Tbsp olive oil in a large skillet on medium high heat. Add the garlic and sauté for about ½ to 1 minute, turn off the heat.

Step 3

Add the spinach to the pan, and lift the spinach and turn it over in the pan by spatulas so that you coat more of it with the olive oil and garlic. Do this a couple of times and let the spinach cook for 1/2 minute.

Step 3

Add little bit of salt as you wish or you can go without salt.
